Professor (Dr.) Anthony Ayoola has a multi-disciplinary background in Business Management, Computing and Engineering, with degrees from Oxford and London Universities (BA, MA, MSc and PhD degrees). He is currently Dean of the Business School at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah.

He has been lecturing, carrying out research and engaging in consultancy for over 30 years, and has worked in the United Kingdom, United States, Netherlands, Africa and the Middle East. He has travelled extensively worldwide, and has authored several external and internal publications over this period.

Professor Ayoola is an avid educationist and was the founder and CEO of a prominent UK College, specializing in Professional and Postgraduate training. He continues to show an active interest in personal and leadership skills development. Over the past decade, his UK companies have received a number of training and employability development grants from the UK Department of Work and Pensions.
 
 


Dr Hill received his PhD in Political Science from the University of Nottingham UK and has worked at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus since 2008. Dr Hill is a convenor for the Knowledge Without Borders Network, based at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus, and has international experience working in Higher Education in Australia, China, Germany, Ghana, Iraq, Malaysia, Spain, Tanzania, Thailand, UK, USA and Vietnam.

Dr Hill's research interests include transnational education and its impact in SE Asia, the development of international education and the student experience in the global arena. Dr Hill has published and presented in the field of international education; organised and delivered conferences, workshops, training and lectures around the world and has led on funded projects to develop research capacity and internationalise HE systems in Iraq and Thailand. In 2012, Dr Hill was awarded a U21 Teaching and Learning Network Fellowship to research internationalisation and global citizenry.

Management practitioner,Dr. Haji ZulkiflyBaharom is an experienced CEO, industrial psychologist and professional work-based management consultant. He has acquired 40 years of experience working with multinationals manufacturing companies like James Hardie Ltd., Sydney and Joint Venture Toyobo Co. Ltd., Osaka; Kanematsu Gosho Ltd., Tokyo. He has served in the major government linked companies (GLCs): the oil exploration and production armof PETRONAS (Carigali), the national carrier (Malaysia Airlines), corporate university (MAS Academy) and the regional management institute (AIM).

Dr. Haji Zul has a post-graduate degree in Masters of Management (Distinction) from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Manila. Currently the President of AIM Club of Malaysia, he is also the world-wide Vice Chairman of Federation of AIM Alumni Association, Inc., (FAIM); a Fellow & General Council and just recently CEO of Malaysian Institute of Management (FMIM). He is also a Chartered Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD) UK;Fellow of Malaysian Institute of Human ResourceManagement (FMIHRM); and Founder Secretary of Malaysian Society for Training and Development, Director of Malaysian Training Providers Berhad and Member of International Industrial Relations Society.

Dr. Haji Zul obtained BSc. (Hons) Industrial/Organisational Psychology from University of New South Wales, Sydney. He has achieved the pinnacle of academe with the post-graduate degree Doctor of Philosophy from International University of Entreprenology, Honolulu, Hawaii -USA. His area of study is on leadership competencies and entrepreneurial strategies for success modelsthat separate real Entrepreneurial Manager from Professional Manager and the Entreprenologistfrom average entrepreneur. He believes in an Asian saying that "Success has many fathers; failure is an orphan" because entrepreneurial management is of multiple paternities from both the West and from the East.
 
 


Winston Jacob is a Certified, Chartered and Accredited Professional Consultant with a proven track record spanning forty years, thirty three years of which have been in Papua New Guinea. He is the Chairman for Selwin Consult Ltd, Director of Precision Aero Services Pte Ltd and the National President - Global University for Life Long Learning (India).

He has forty years of professional experience. He was formally with the Papua New Guinea Rural Development Bank as the Principal Appraiser/Consultant. His main function was in Organizational/Human Resource Development, Research and Strategic Management. As a management consultant, he has successfully revived large and small organizations having restructured them to profitability.

He is involved in training Managers and Directors globally. He was the President of the Friends of the National Library, Friends of the Disabled Association and vice president of the Papua New Guinea Human Resource Institute. Mr. Deepak Lamba (36 years) is the President - Times Centre For Learning & Times Conferences Ltd. Deepak has been with Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. Since 2012 leading Timesgroup's education initiative in financial education-TimesPro and ET Edge, a subsidiary of The Economic Times, founded to empower multiple sectors, industries and segments through the dispersion of critical business knowledge through strategically developed conferences and summits.

Deepak comes from a strong broadcasting background having spent 13 years in the media industry. Prior to the joining the Times Group, Deepak was Business Head - Bloomberg UTV where he moved after spending over 5 years at MTV Networks & Viacom 18 and was responsible for incubating & heading Viacom Brand Solutions. MrLamba is one of the youngest professionals in Indian media to occupy the position of President of a large Indian media conglomerate like The Times of India group.

Mr. Lamba did his schooling from Pune's premier Bishop's School, went on to join Wadia College – Pune for his under-graduation, and thereafter completed his MBA from the Pune University.
 
 


Diana Scott Beattie received a BA with High Honors from Swarthmore College and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. After postdoctoral studies, she was appointed as Assistant Professor of Biochemistry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. In her 17 years at Mount Sinai, Dr. Beattie was teaching and active in research and rose through the ranks to Professor. In 1985, she was appointed Chair of the Department of Biochemistry at the West Virginia University School of Medicine where she was responsible for the teaching in the department and faculty development. Her research activities, supported by government grants, were focused on bioenergetics resulting in more than 150 publications in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to scholarly work, Dr. Beattie served for many years on panels that reviewed grant proposals for the National Institutes of Health. She was also a member of the Biochemistry Test Writing Committee of the National Board of Medical Examiners. In 2006, Dr. Beattie was appointed as Dean of the Pre-Medical and Pharmacy Programs at Oman Medical College. During her tenure at Oman Medical College, Dr. Beattie has been instrumental in raising the standards at the college as well as in the revision of both the pre-medical and pharmacy programs.
 

Since May 2012 Davide is Vice President of Enel Corporate University. In this position he is responsible for Executive Education, Managerial Training and Technical Training corporate-wide.

He joined Enel in 2008 being Purchasing Director for nuclear projects.

He has a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università "La Sapienza" (Rome - Italy) and a Master in Nuclear Plant Construction Management from MIP - Politecnico di Milano (Italy). He's currently enrolled in an Executive MBA in Luiss Business School in Rome.

In the past he has worked in different roles of procurement, quality and project management of various multinational company : Valeo, Fiat Auto, Johnson&Johnson and Toyota Motor Europe.
 
 


GovindHariharan is the Executive Director of the India China America (ICA) Institute and a Professor at Kennesaw State University in Atlanta. Under his leadership, the ICA Institute has hosted and provided training for officers of the Indian Revenue Service, hosted key industry leaders and government officials from India and elsewhere including the Ambassadors and Consul Generals of India, and Trinidad and Tobago, high ranking Finance and Tax officialsand has organized various collaborations between industry and government. Govind has provided strategic advice on India to companies and helped set up key relationships for them through his network. He has consulted for numerous organizations, public and private, such as the World Bank, Council for Quality Growth, SPI and M&T Bank.

GovindHariharan has been a delegate at the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting and an invited speaker at various venues such as the Global Leaders Forum, Wharton China Summit, Emory India Summit and The Indus Entrepreneurs. He is very active in the business and civic communities in the State of Georgia and in India and is a member of many advisory boards including the American Diabetes Association- Atlanta, Georgia Indo American Chamber of Commerce, NCCSD (India) and is a mentor for TiE-Atlanta.

GovindHariharan'sresearch papers are key citations in public policy, especially in the areas of taxation, health care, finance, technology and economic development. He is the author of numerous reports on Indian and Chinese industries and writes the ICA Institute Sector Briefs on industries in India and China.He has taught or lectured in executive programs around the world including major Chinese and Singaporean Universities. Mahendra Bapna, former CEO of two Tata enterprises (is an Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow -2012 at Harvard University. Through a multi-pronged approach, he is pursuing his vision to improve the performance of Higher Educational Institutions in India.

His current consulting assignments include creating and establishing Blended B.Tech program at IIT Jodhpur along with Industry, and with a Tata enterprise to improve performance of Education Business. In 2013, he established Construction Project Managemen t Program (a JV between Tata and a University in New Zealand) at Hyderabad , built an Entrepreneurship and Innovation center at IIT Jodhpur and worked on a proposal to establish 'Center for Innovation Studies (CIS)' for a state university.
