Educationist & Workplace Happiness Coach with a career spanning from the early beginnings in Education, Talent Management and Client Servicing for APAC and US markets. In the last 25 years, Simran has gained many skills that fall outside the traditional genre of Pedagogy & Client Servicing. Her goals have always centered on using skills to improve the lives of those she works with, as well as create value for her internal & external customers. She has o􀃿en been told, "You don't seem to fit the stereotype of an Educationist''. She takes that as a compliment, because it means she is meeting a personal goal to provide a linkage between people and business!

She has bagged several awards for her innovative etiquette learning and public speaking curriculum for preschoolers. Her research paper on curriculum innovation has been accepted by the International Research Committee, London, UK. Awardee and Speaker - she has delivered talks at IIT Mumbai, BITS Pilani TLC, ECDF's Global Conclave, UN􀃺CO & CCE Finland's 8th Symposium and 􀃼her prestigious education conferences.

A gold medalist in Early Childhood Education - Simran combines her HR studies from NCHRA US, Post-Graduation in Education Leadership from Asian College, Professional Diploma in Teaching for Learning, Pedagog and Workplace Happiness Coach certification from Berkeley Institute of Wellbeing, CA USA & Happiitude.

Currently, she is enjoying her stint with CCE Finland as Pedagogical Director and Communication Head. In this role she provides strategic support for School Development, Coaching & Mentoring of Faculty & School Leadership, Pedagogical expertise in creative education, ECE Research & Curriculum Innovation, NEP Training and school educational system improvement.

In addition, she is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education (EdD) with European International University, Paris. Her work with NGO – ECDF involves hosting various international events and fostering programs like cross learning, teacher development training, em􀃼ional intelligence workshops etc. She passionately believes - 'that only a happy teacher can foster a positive attitude in their students.
