Education serves a purpose beyond just increasing literacy and theoretical knowledge.
The overarching objectives of education are to shape a child's mind, character, and
physical development so that they may apply what they learn to advance both
themselves and society.
With more than 31 years of experience in Education and Child Development, I truly think that ability and intelligence can only be enhanced and developed when each child is given the necessary encouragement, focus, and environment.
I have been fortunate to have had exposure to the teaching methodologies used in the major curriculum, including CBSE, IB, and IGCSE. With the goal of creating a setting that is suitable for students to acquire grit, attitude, mindset, and skills to tackle the constantly changing world, I hope to improve the delivery mechanism by fusing the finest practises from various curriculum. I passionately believe in the value of inclusive education and the benefits of dealing with kids who have special needs. My aim is to educate children in a way that helps them learn the best. I believe in a system of education based on communication, equality, and mutual respect between children and adults.
In my opinion, educators, including myself, are also lifelong learners who must continue their quest for improvement on a daily basis.
