Dear Dr Bhatia,

May I thank you from the bottom of my heart for inviting me to such a stimulating occasion as the World Education Congress at Taj Lands End, mumbai.

It was one of the most fascinating congresses that I have ever attended during a long career that has spanned 46 years in Tertiary education. Your performance of the "Seagull" left me breathless and gave me much food for thought.

I would like to reiterate my offer of becoming a member of the organizing committee of the Education Leadership ceremony to be held in Mauritius in 2014. As a retired Professor, highly respected in Mauritius, I would regard it an honour and a privilege to assist you in this venture.

Thank you for the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Education which will figure proudly on my CV from now on.

Regards and looking forward to meeting you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Professor Serge Riviere (Professor Emeritus)

I am pleased to come back to you and reconfirm you my appreciation of the activities of the Congress in Mumbai on the 28th and 29th June.

The award I received is honor for me and for Burundi.

I also thank you for pictures you sent to me.

Hereby I request if you can send to me the presentations of the speakers so that the Burundi department of Education could take use of the experiences of the Speakers's countries and adopt some choices in its Education Strategy.

With my best regards,

KIBEYA Saidi, Dr, Eng
